Cancellation Policy

In-Person or Virtual Health Insurance, Medicare, Medicare Reviews & Current Client Consultations are EXCLUDED from the Cancellation Fee Policy. HOWEVER, we do reserve all rights to LIMIT rescheduling of the appointments to ONE TIME ONLY. OTHER Insurance Lines Consultation Appointments (outside of Medicare, Medicare Review & Marketplace Health Insurance): Cancellation Fee Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact 866-630-6338 no less than 24 hours before your appointment time (or 48 hours on the weekend only). Otherwise a $25 Cancellation Fee MAY apply for the following lines only: *Life Insurance Consultations *Long Term Care Consultations *Small Business & Group Health Consultations *Fixed Annunity Consultations *All Other Product Lines Consultations CONSULTATION FEE POLICY (Non-Commissionable / No Carrier Compensation): For consultations where MRW Solutions Group is not paid by the carrier (no commission or other carrier compensation tied to your plan selection), a $60 consultation fee applies for the professional time and analysis required to review options and provide plan guidance. This fee covers your scheduled virtual appointment, review of the information you provide (medications, preferred pharmacies, and coverage needs), and a clear comparison of plan features and costs. Because there is no carrier compensation associated with these consultations, the $60 fee is non-refundable once the consultation is delivered. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will apply your payment to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ no NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: Please note rescheduling is NOT available for initial consultations appointments with any No Call/No Show. For Current Clients ONLY, we reserve the right to review our No-Call/No-Show policy on a case by case basis.
