Oak Street Health (OSH) specializes in personalized primary care for older adults and the kind of preventive care for this important population needs to stay healthy and live life more fully.
As healthcare and community center in one, OSH provides a space to socialize and enjoy group activities and community events, including craft-making, education, and exercise classes.
We have partnered with OSH since 2022.
Ypsilanti Township's 50 & Beyond Program is for both residents and non-residents, serving over 1,000 members, and new members are always welcome! The program feature on special events, free coffee daily, many free classes and activities, as well as the ability to travel with its' group travel program.

Saline Area Senior Center (SASC) is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization, established in the mid-70's. SASC serves those age 45+ in the community and surrounding areas. The SASC offers a wide range of programs and services, from fitness classes to creative opportunities, special events, travel, educational opportunities, Meals on Wheels (MOW) and much more.
We have partnered with the SASC since 2021.
The Dearborn Farmers & Artisans Market runs every Friday in the summer from 2pm-7pm and is located on West Village Drive, behind Wagner Place, between Monroe & Mason Streets at 1034 Monroe St, Dearborn, MI 48124. This weekly event in the heart of Dearborn for a fun-filled day and supports local farms and businesses!

Serving the Business Community for over 60 years, The Chamber is a non-profit organization. The mission of the Westland Chamber of Commerce (WCOC) is to support, stimulate, strengthen and assist in the growth of the business community. The WCOC puts on an annual Health & Business Expo Event.
We have partnered with the WCOC's Health & Business Expo since 2022.
Belleville Farmers Market is located in in Wayne county on Main Street in Beautiful Downtown Belleville.
They sell organic products at this market as well as have a wide variety of businesses vendors at the Market.
The Market is on Monday's from 3-7 April - October and has many products to offer.

Joyful Treats Community Development Corporation (JTCDC) is a national non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization based in Michigan dedicated to celebrating, preserving and nurturing a diverse culinary heritage to embrace cultural lifestyles globally.

Canton Public Library (CPL) serves more than 98,000 residents of Canton Township in western Wayne County, Michigan.
CPL is the busiest single-branch library in the state. Our 53,500 square foot facility provides space for our diverse community to learn, play, gather and grow.

The Greater Faith Transitions Center is a religious organization focused on serving the wider community. Located in Ypsilanti Township's West Willow Community, the Center gives back in charitable actions such as providing a food pantry to offering clothes for job interviews. The center's founders, Pastor Robert Ford and his wife Dorothy Ford.
We have partnered with the Greater Faith Transitions Center since 2022.
The library is a 33,000 square foot building set on 14 wooded acres in the heart of Saline. In 2016 SDL received one of the community’s first #SalineBeGreen awards from the Saline Environmental Commission in recognition of a variety of environmental efforts including the installation of a solar array, maintaining a rain garden, recycling, and hosting educational events on environmentally conscious topics.

The Belleville Library began in 1920 when the Wayne County Board of Supervisors appropriated $10,000 to better library facilities throughout Wayne County.
The Library engages the community with dynamic programming and resources, empowers the community by providing seamless accessibility to materials and resources, and enriches lives by curating social, literary and/or technological encounters that are unique, educational and fun. The BADL serves the residents of the City of Belleville, the Township of Sumpter, and the Charter Township of Van Buren.

community pharmacy specializing in fast, personalized, friendly, and professional service and the highest-quality medicines. Milton's Pharmacy knowledgeable and friendly pharmacists will treat you like family! The Pharmacy is open six days a week, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Veteran Advocacy Network (VAN) was started by professionals in the home health care field. VAN works with our Nations' Finest clients were veterans in need of assistance navigating Veteran Assistance process.
The service organizations claim processors and field agents have years of experience helping veterans becoming approved for and maintaining benefits Veteran's so rightly deserve.
Our partnership beings with the Veteran Advocacy Network starting in 2023.
The Sumpter Township Senior Center (STSC) is a Non-Profit Organization 501.c.3 located in the county-side community of Sumpter Township. Sumpter Seniors enjoy various trips, parties, Arthritis Foundation Exercise, Wayne County lunch program, bingo, quilting to name a few fun things the STSC does
