MRW Solutions Group specializes in providing the Medicare Education in Medicare Advantage, Supplemental or Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) you need to know about the benefit that is available for you. Let's talk about Medicare and you will become a knowledge expert! Please note, specific Medicare Advantage, Supplements (Medigap) or Medicare Prescription Drug Plans can only be discussed with a Scope of Appointment being signed. We have electronic SOA's available for your convenience. To prepare for this appointment, please have your current Primary Care Doctor and Medication List prepared for the Consultation. IMPORTANT: Virtual | Medicare Plan Consultations are LIMITED TO TWO 1 HOUR & 30 MINUTE appointments. Only exceptions to this policy are Current Active Clients of MRW Solutions Group. Our Cancellation Policy does NOT apply to any Medicare Plan Consultation Appointments, however, ALL No Call/No Shows will NOT be rescheduled by MRW Solutions Group. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment date and time. HOWEVER, we do reserve all rights to LIMIT rescheduling of the appointments to ONE TIME ONLY. OTHER Insurance Lines Consultation Appointments (outside of Medicare, Medicare Review & Marketplace Health Insurance): Cancellation Fee Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact 866-630-6338 no less than 24 hours before your appointment time (or 48 hours on the weekend only).
