From October 1st - 30, 2023, we will reserve time to conduct a VIRTUAL | Annual Medicare Review on your current Medicare Plan and analyze the benefits you are receiving. This booking is reversed for Current Clients of MRW Solutions Group, only. If you would like to review options that are available for the 2024 Benefit Year, we can discuss this as well. Our Annual Medicare Reviews Oct 1-30, 2023, until October 15, 2023, will not and cannot sign you up for ANY NEW PLAN. Medicare allows for Medicare Specialists like MRW Solutions Group to conduct these reviews October 2023! Please note, specific Medicare Advantage, Supplements (Medigap) or Medicare Prescription Drug Plans can only be discussed with a Scope of Appointment being signed. We have electronic SOA's available for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

FIRST TIME MEDICARE Consultation & NO-COST MEDICARE Review Appointments Policy: FIRST TIME MEDICARE Consultation & NO-COST Medicare Review Appointments are EXCLUDED from the Cancellation Fee Policy, HOWEVER, we do reverse the right to LIMIT rescheduling of the appointments to ONE TIME ONLY. CURRENT CLIENTS of MRW Solutions Group are EXCLUDED from ALL Cancellation Fee Policies. OTHER NEW Consultation Appointments (outside of Medicare) Cancellation Fee Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact 734.328.3025, 24 hours before your appointment time (or 48 hours on the weekend only). Otherwise a $25 Cancellation Fee MAY apply. NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: Please note rescheduling is NOT available for ANY FIRST TIME MEDICARE Consultation or NO-COST MEDICARE Review Appointments with an No Call/No Show. For Current Clients ONLY, we reserve the right to review our No-Call/No-Show policy on a case by case basis.
