For Current Clients of MRW Solutions Group, we provide dedicated time to meet with you for your needs that fits into your schedule to discuss your current Life, Health, Dental, Disability, Indemnity Hospital or Long Term Care Plan In-Person limited to Washtenaw, Wayne, Oakland, Monroe and Livingston County, Michigan. If you are outside of these Counties, please schedule a VIRTUAL | Client Consultation Appointment.

Cancellation Policy

IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL MEDICARE HEALTHCARE PLAN , HEALTH INSURANCE (MARKETPLACE) CONSULTATIONS & NO-COST MEDICARE REVIEW CONSULTATIONS are EXCLUDED from the Cancellation Fee Policy, HOWEVER, we do reserve all rights to LIMIT rescheduling of the appointments to ONE TIME ONLY. CURRENT CLIENTS of MRW Solutions Group are EXCLUDED from ALL Cancellation Fee Policies. OTHER NEW Consultation Appointments (outside of Medicare & Marketplace Health Insurance) Cancellation Fee Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact 734.328.3025, 24 hours before your appointment time (or 48 hours on the weekend only). Otherwise a $25 Cancellation Fee MAY apply. NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: Please note rescheduling is NOT available for HEALTH INSURANCE (MARKETPLACE) CONSULTATIONS & NO-COST MEDICARE REVIEW CONSULTATIONS Review Appointments with any No Call/No Show. For Current Clients ONLY, we reserve the right to review our No-Call/No-Show policy on a case by case basis.
