MRW Solutions Group is offering a LIMITED number of BOOK AHEAD In-Person Annual Medicare Review appointments for current clients in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Monroe, and Washtenaw Counties, Michigan, for the 2027 Benefit Year. Appointments are available exclusively to current MRW Solutions Group clients on a first-come, first-served basis. IMPORTANT: These appointments must be scheduled for a date and time between October 18 and October 23, 2026. Appointments cannot be scheduled before October 18 or after October 23, 2026. Once all available times are reserved, no additional Book-Ahead In-Person appointments will be offered. To ensure each review is accurate and properly prepared, clients must complete their RETIREFLO information before the scheduled appointment. RETIREFLO is CMS-compliant, HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 Type II compliant, and fully encrypted. RETIREFLO allows clients to securely provide important healthcare information in advance, including preferred doctors, current medications, pharmacy preferences, hospital preferences, and other details needed for a thorough Medicare plan review. RETIREFLO must be completed before the appointment can be conducted. If it is not completed on time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Because appointments are limited to October 18–23, 2026, another appointment cannot be guaranteed. During the Annual Medicare Review, MRW Solutions Group will review the client’s current Medicare coverage for the 2027 Benefit Year, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement/Medigap, and Stand-Alone Prescription Drug Plan options, when applicable. Looking ahead to the 2028 Benefit Year, Annual Medicare Review appointments will be streamlined through two convenient options: • At our office in Downtown Ypsilanti • Virtual-based appointments Specific Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement/Medigap, or Medicare Prescription Drug Plans may only be discussed after a Scope of Appointment has been completed.
