Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY Medicare and Health Insurance Appointments: The following appointments are excluded from the cancellation fee policy, whether held in-office, in person, or virtually: Medicare consultations Medicare plan reviews Marketplace health insurance consultations Health insurance consultations Current client consultations Although no cancellation fee applies to these appointments, MRW Solutions Group reserves the right to limit rescheduling to one time per appointment. Other Insurance Product Consultations: The following policy applies to consultation appointments for insurance and financial product lines outside of Medicare, Medicare plan reviews, and Marketplace health insurance. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 866-630-6338 at least: 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or 48 hours before a weekend appointment A $25 cancellation fee may apply when the required notice is not provided for the following consultation types: Life insurance Long-term care insurance Small business and group health insurance Fixed annuities All other insurance or financial product lines NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICY Initial consultation appointments that result in a no-call/no-show are not eligible to be rescheduled. For current clients, no-call/no-show situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. MRW Solutions Group reserves the right to determine whether an appointment may be rescheduled. QUESTIONS?
