MRW Solutions Group is offering current clients the exclusive opportunity to BOOK AHEAD for Your At Office | Annual Medicare Review appointment for the 2027 Benefit Year. Appointments are available to current MRW Solutions Group clients only and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. BOOK AHEAD At Office | Annual Medicare Review appointments may only be booked for dates between October 1 and October 31, 2026. Appointments will not be available before October 1 or after October 31, 2026. To ensure each review is accurate and properly prepared, all clients must complete their RETIREFLO information before their scheduled appointment. RETIREFLO is CMS-compliant, HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 Type II compliant, fully encrypted, and designed to protect clients’ personal healthcare information. RETIREFLO allows clients to securely provide important information in advance, including: Preferred doctors and healthcare providers Current medications Pharmacy preferences Hospital preferences Other information needed to complete a thorough Medicare plan review Completion of RETIREFLO is required before the appointment can be conducted. If RETIREFLO is not completed before the scheduled appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, subject to availability within the October 1–31, 2026 appointment period. During your BOOK AHEAD At Office | Annual Medicare Review, MRW Solutions Group will review your current Medicare coverage for the 2027 Benefit Year, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement/Medigap, and Stand-Alone Prescription Drug Plan options, when applicable. Please note that specific Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement/Medigap, or Medicare Prescription Drug Plans may only be discussed after a Scope of Appointment has been completed.
