We help you compare plan options based on your medication list, preferred pharmacies, healthcare needs, and key plan details, including premiums, deductibles, copays or coinsurance, formulary coverage, coverage phases, and utilization requirements. A $50 consultation fee may apply when MRW Solutions Group does not receive a commission or any other compensation from the insurance carrier for the plan reviewed or selected. When applicable, the consultation fee is collected at the time of the appointment. The fee compensates MRW Solutions Group for the professional time and analysis involved in: Conducting your scheduled virtual consultation; Reviewing the information you provide, including medications, preferred pharmacies, healthcare needs, and coverage preferences; Researching available plan options; and Providing a clear comparison of plan benefits, coverage, and estimated costs. The consultation fee will not be charged if MRW Solutions Group receives a commission or other carrier compensation in connection with your plan selection. Because the fee covers professional services provided during the consultation, it is non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

Consultation Fee Policy (Non-Commissionable / No Carrier Compensation) For consultations where MRW Solutions Group is not paid by the carrier (no commission or other carrier compensation tied to your plan selection), a $50 consultation fee applies for the professional time and analysis required to review options and provide plan guidance. This fee covers your scheduled virtual appointment, review of the information you provide (medications, preferred pharmacies, and coverage needs), and a clear comparison of plan features and costs. Because there is no carrier compensation associated with these consultations, the $60 fee is non-refundable once the consultation is delivered. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will apply your payment to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refund or credit. Important: We provide education and plan comparison; we do not complete enrollment during this service. If you decide to enroll, we will provide the official website link for the plan you choose so you can enroll directly.
