A successful agent understands life insurance, health insurance, Medicare-related options, HMO products, private insurance, supplemental coverage, and changing healthcare trends.


Exceptional Client Service
A strong agent understands life insurance, healthcare products, Medicare-related products, private insurance plans, supplemental coverage, and emerging healthcare trends. You should be committed to staying current on carrier updates, product changes, and regulatory developments.


Networking and Business Development
A successful agent actively seeks growth through referrals, networking, community engagement, follow-up, and consistent outreach. This business rewards those who take initiative.


Adaptability and Continuous Learning
A top agent must adapt to change, learn new systems quickly, adjust strategies as the market demands, and continuously build knowledge and confidence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Educate Arizona clients on life, accident, health, HMO, Medicare-related, supplemental health, and private insurance options.

  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage.

  • Explain policy benefits, premiums, exclusions, renewals, eligibility, underwriting, and enrollment timelines.

  • Assist clients with applications, enrollment, underwriting follow-up, policy delivery, and service requests.

  • Build a strong sales pipeline through company-provided leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and carrier systems.

  • Deliver first-class client service throughout the sales and service process.

  • Follow MRW Solutions Group’s sales process and compliance standards.

  • Complete carrier certifications, product training, and continuing education requirements.

  • Provide ongoing client service and policy reviews.

  • Meet or exceed sales, retention, service, and activity goals.

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable Arizona, federal, carrier, and MRW Solutions Group guidelines.

Requirements

Required Qualifications


  • Active Arizona Life and Accident & Health insurance producer license, or ability to obtain the required Arizona license before selling.

  • Two or more years of insurance sales experience, or a strong willingness to learn if changing careers.

  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

  • Ability to simplify complex insurance topics for clients.

  • Strong technology skills and ability to adapt quickly.

  • Ability to build relationships, navigate objections, and identify sales opportunities.

  • Coachable, self-motivated, organized, and client-focused.

Arizona Licensing Note

Arizona’s Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions states that PSI Services LLC is the official vendor for insurance professional pre-licensing examinations and continuing education. Arizona resident licensed insurance producers with a major line of authority, including life and accident and health, are generally required to complete 48 hours of continuing education every four years, including at least 6 hours of ethics.
