Our combined Medicare 101 Education Seminar & Senior/Disabled Issues Discussion is designed to inform Medicare Beneficiaries about benefits as well as discuss topics related to programs & services in the Washtenaw County Area with three Candidates for Local Public Offices.

This Seminar will start with four Candidates speaking during our Senior and Disabled Issues Discussion including:

• State Rep. Ronnie Peterson - Candidate for Washtenaw Cty. Board of Commissioners (WCBOC) - District 5
• Washtenaw County Commissioner Ricky Jefferson - District 6 - Candidate for Re-Election WCBOC - District 6
• City of Ypsilanti Councilman Anthony Morgan - Candidate for City of Ypsilanti Mayor
• Attorney Robyn McCoy, ESQ - Candidate for Michigan State House Representative - 32rd District

The Candidates will discuss their platform as it relates to proposed or current programs and services for the Senior & Disabled Community in Washtenaw County and/or their prospective offices sought.

The second part of our programming will include an ON-SITE Community Medicare 101 Education Seminars, sponsored by Medicare Scholar designed to inform current and potential Medicare Beneficaries about the Medicare Program.

Medicare is a program designed for individuals 65 years of age or older as well as those 18-64 with certain health conditions that are receiving Social Security Disability Income who might not aware of the benefits and features they are entitled to with Medicare.

As such, our On-Site Community Medicare Scholar Education Seminar is designed to answer your questions.
