Email is one of the most common tools used for healthcare, finances, employment, and everyday communication—yet many people feel overwhelmed, unsure what to trust, or worried about missing important messages. This session is designed to help participants understand how email systems work at a foundational level, so they can manage messages more confidently and avoid common mistakes.
This is a concept-based, instructor-led educational session. Rather than focusing on specific buttons or platforms, the course explains the core principles that apply across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, work email systems, and other providers. The goal is clarity and confidence—not device setup or troubleshooting.
Participants will explore:
✔️ How email systems are structured and why inboxes become overwhelming
✔️ Universal inbox organization principles that work across platforms
✔️ When and how To, CC, and BCC are used—and common misuses
